Land Value Analysis
LVA 2009
incorporates all of the major suggestions made by users
since the introduction of the first Windows Version issued in the
Spring of 1997. Some of the outstanding features included
and others which have been enhanced in this version are described
briefly below.

Master Development
Plan (PUD)was developed at the request of several users.
This is a major addition to the LVA. It makes possible
a projects with a life-span out to 15 years. A Master
Development Plan may contain as many a four separate Modules
and a maximum of 16 Phases. The Modules may be running
simultaneously or in sequence allowing for a wide verity of
uses in any time frame. This valuable addition is FREE
with the purchase of the basic LVA2009. |

Cashflow Charts.
Another much requested addition is the individual cashflow charts
for all participants in the operation. Individual charts
for Project, Developer, Landowner, Equity Lender and Primary
Lender showing debits and credits on a month by month basis
have been incorporated. |

RentUp Module
makes possible Commercial/Industrial and Rental Apartment
development operations. This valuable addition is FREE with
the purchase of the basic LVA2009. |

Loan to Value
or Loan to Cost Ratio Calculations have been refined and
simplified at the request of several users. |

Internal Rate
of Return (IRR) and Net Present Value (NPV) calculations
for all participants are automatically generated and printed
on the Individual Cashflow Charts. |

User Friendly
attributes of Land Value Analysis LVA2009 have been refined.

Review Task Force, chaired

issue of the LAND DEVELOPMENT magazine. LVA was given
